Find Train Times Online

Online Journey Searches

There are a number of online resources to help you plan your journey.  If you live in Scotland, Traveline Scotland provides an excellent journey planning resource.  As well as all trains, it provides bus, air and ferry times.  You can type in your exact starting point (even down to what street you are in!) and your destination and it will give you a complete listing of how to your destination.

If you live in the rest of the UK, there are similar Traveline websites you can use, although Traveline Scotland appears to be the best to use.  These websites work in a similar way and can be really useful for the rail passenger if you are travelling to a non rail served location or just want to know how to get to and from the station.
